On-Site Operations
The On-Site Operations team works closely with the studio, project managers, and clients.
- Installation and removal of stained glass windows
- Making general repairs and replacing broken glass
- Measuring, templating, and cutting framing materials
- Removing and installing protective window coverings
- Cutting and installing acrylic and Lexan
- Attaching brace bars and sealing windows
- Using power tools, scaffolding, and aerial lifts
Consultant & Customer Experience
Key responsibilities include:
- Traveling throughout an assigned territory on multi-day trips to meet clients in person
- Conducting on-site assessments of stained glass installations using detailed photography and documentation
- Building and managing a territory sales funnel while achieving monthly targets
- Responding to new leads and scheduling inspection appointments
- Providing detailed notes from inspections and client conversations
Stained Glass Craftsman
Employees in this department need:
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team

Stained Glass Artists & Designers
Both departments require employees who possess:

- Ability to work efficiently during extended periods of focused work
- Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based environment
