Over the decades, the studio grew and evolved. In 1946, James E. Hauser opened his own art glass company in Winona, Minnesota. The two studios later joined forces in 1977, creating Willet Hauser, one of the largest and most respected stained glass studios in the world.

Today, with our roots firmly planted in history and our vision firmly focused on the future, our studio operates under the name Willet Stained Glass Studios — honoring the artistry and legacy that began in the 19th century with the Willet family.

Our windows now grace sacred spaces and historic buildings across all 50 U.S. states and in countries around the globe, from national landmarks to cherished community places of worship and learning.
