Willet Studios replaced deteriorated frames and installed new protective coverings at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Duluth, MN. The project strengthened the stained glass windows to withstand Lake Superior’s harsh climate while ensuring long-term durability and protection.
Each window was carefully removed for minor restoration and structural reinforcement before new, properly fitted frames were installed. A protective covering system was then added to shield against wind, moisture, and temperature extremes—preserving the sanctuary’s stained glass for generations in northern Minnesota’s demanding environment.
